FEATURES LIST

The repertoire of ClearTag features is constantly growing but we have listed the most commonly used. We can easily modify any feature to meet your specific requirements or create a new feature. ClearEdit	Any text or image content can be edited while maintaining the desired style. Simply click the ClearTags icon at the bottom of the target page to make your edits. A full featured rich text editor is included for textarea content. Images can be optionally resized at the time they are selected and uploaded.
ClearFresh	Keep your website fresh by specifying several “content sets” of images and/or text. A new content set will be displayed in sequence each time the target page is hit. You can choose to set a start and stop date for each content set so your message is always fresh and relevant. Very useful for monthly promotions, employee of the month, etc.
ClearNotice	Specify a timely notice on any page by entering the message and the start and stop date. The standard message you enter will be displayed before the start date and again after the stop date.
ClearShow	Create and manage your own slide show! From the Admin Control Panel, select pictures, enter display sequence and picture captions and your slide show is live. Pictures are automatically resized to fit the display area.
ClearDocs	Easily select and upload document files for your users to dowmload. You can optionally specify where the download links will display or use the handy link clipboard function to add the link to any page on your website.
ClearList	Easily manage any listing such as FAQs, news items, job postings, upcoming events, staff directory, etc. Each item in the list can have any number of custom fields. Each listing can be optionally set to expire on a given date or disabled entirely.
ClearForm	All form submissions are written into the database (of your choice). Typical forms are contact us, employment applications, enrollment, event registration, etc. The ClearTags Admin Control has automatic reporting and management for all submitted information. ClearTags is structured to support a wide range of custom, back office processes.
ClearPage	We view this as one of the most exciting ClearTags features: the ability to quickly create new website pages without writing a single line of HTML!. Enter the main link text to the new page, select one of several templates, enter the content (text and/or images), submit, and your new page is live!
ClearGroup	We can configure the ClearGroup feature so different users have access to only specific content. This allows you to determine who can edit what content.
ClearKey	ClearTags is structured to enable you to have several versions of your website. Perhaps a Spanish version of your primary English site. Maybe you reqiure region specific content that needs to be managed independently but don't want to maintain multiple websites. In conjunction with the ClearGroup feature, independent user groups can be configured to manage version specific content of your website independently while you control the overall look and feel.
